Excellent location, perfect size of the flat and everything you need is there. Great for kids.

To be improved

Hard to day - may be if we gem more fancy table on the terrace would be better. Less noisy cattle. But thats nothing in comparison with the view and sun you got :)

“Great property in a wonderful coastal location which was close to bars and restaurants, La Mata beach and a short drive”
The best

The location of the property was excellent with wonderful views of the Med from the private rooftop solarium. The property was spotlessly clean and all the appliances were of a high standard. Unfortunately the washing machine did not work but after a quick phone call to Andriy this was replaced within a day or two. This was no easy job as the washing machine was on the rooftop. Having private parking in a secure under build car park was a great bonus. Also the WI-FI was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

To be improved

The only issue was that the bathroom is on the bottom floor of the property. Maybe instructions for appliances could also be in English. Overall these minor points did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay.
