The best

It could be a nice place and we liked the floor plan of the apartment but many things didn't work.

To be improved

The oven was broken, part of the shower cubicle was missing which made it difficult to shower, the furnitures on the terrace were broken. It could be a nice place but really would need some improvements.

“I lost 322 Euro and they stopped replying to me.”
The best

Very disappointed - arrived and nobody there. Called the contact nobody answered. We waited 3 hours and kept calling. After booking another place to stay, I got a reply back saying that they wanted to see the calls I made which I showed them. After them saying sorry I am still trying to get my money back.
