Espectacular Loft con terraza

The apartment is very bright and has everything you need. The A/C is strong, so there’s no struggle during the hot summer in Madrid (no need to worry). The position of the apartment is also great: the Sun doesn’t hit directly, but it’s still full of natural light and good vibes. There are two elevators and it’s completely keyless (two doors using codes). Check-in was smooth and fully contactless — we received all the access codes the day before arrival. All our requests (like early check-in and late check-out) were quickly answered and accepted. The location is amazing — super central, right between Chueca and Malasaña, my favourite area in Madrid, near Gran Vía and Fuencarral, with tons of restaurants, shops, and a lively atmosphere. I’d recommend this place.

This was my favorite place that I stayed out of all the cities we travelled to. I want to go back! We got to Madrid early and were able to leave our bags with the concierge and it was a very easy process. The neighborhood is very lively with a lot to do. Look for HanSo cafe for your morning coffee- their sesame latte is amazing! The terrace was amazing and offered a cozy private view. Communication with the property was impeccable. Very central location without being in the touristy mess of the Gran Via or the Palace area. Chueca has amazing shops and a lively nightlife, Malasaña offers beautiful art galleries and incredible restaurants, and the loft provided a relaxing sense of home. Favorite restaurant we went to- Nunuka. It is a Georgian restaurant and I would highly recommend making a reservation.

The apartments are located in the heart of Madrid - most tourist locations are within walking distance. The apartments have everything you need, and the terrace is a real decoration of the house. Communication with the host is as pleasant as possible))
