“Good stay overall - Perfect if you’ll mostly be out and just need a clean & convenient place to stay”

The best

This is a comfortable apartment in a great location in Madrid. It’s just around the corner from The San Miguel market and plaza mayor, but we didn’t have any problems with noise at night which was lovely. The check-in was clear and simple after the host sent me instructions. Everything inside was clean. The kitchen is basic, but despite missing a few cooking utensils, it was very convenient and totally did the job :)

To be improved

Apartment was very small and quite basic (what we expected). I was travelling with three other friends (4 total) meaning we were a bit crammed at points, but honestly it didn’t matter much since we were hardly ever in the apartment. The stairs leading to the “upstairs” bed were a little unconventional and tricky to get up at times but shouldn’t be a major issue for most able adults.

The location was excellent. The place was really nice. Very clean with all the necessary things. Very safe location. The access to the apartment is not terrible as people commented it, is just a service access.

To be improved

The only "negative" thing, is that the stairs to access the bed were unconformable, so if an old person is planning to rent it, should consider this aspect.
