“Horrible Stay in El Médano - Avoid if You Need Basic Amenities”

I stayed in this apartment in El Médano and was deeply disappointed with the lack of essential facilities. There was no working washing machine, which is a basic necessity for any stay longer than a few days. I contacted the property multiple times; someone came to “fix” it once, but it still didn’t work. After further communication attempts, I was completely ignored. I ended up having to go to a local laundry just to wash clothes. The apartment also lacked a hoover or even a simple sweeping brush, making it difficult to keep clean. Despite the intense heat during my stay, there was no air conditioning, and no fan was provided. I had to go out and purchase my own fan, which was frustrating given that this should be a standard provision in the hottest months. To top it off, coffee and tea facilities were advertised but not available at all. Overall, the stay was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone expecting even basic amenities.
