“A damp, cold, smelly experience.”

It has potential to be a really cute and cozy apartment. The decor is fun.

To be improved

The moment we stepped inside the apartment there was a really strong, off putting smell of dampness. It was cold because the sun doesn’t reach inside and the heater wasn’t working. The combination of humidity and the cold put a damper (pun intended) on our stay. In addition, we were three people staying for four nights and there was not enough toilet paper or soap left for us. Also, during check-in, they gave us the wrong combination to enter the apartment so we had to call someone to help. And the sliding glass doors were left open and it took a while to figure out how to lock them to feel like ourselves and our belongings were secure inside. The company that is responsible for the apartment called us wanting to have someone come to fix the AC unit on the second last night of our stay. It just felt inconsiderate of our holiday and just unprofessional to even ask. Why should we have to wait for an electrician to fix something while we are on holiday?
