The best

Location was in a quiet street in the old town. Walking distance to the main tourist sites and trains (15 minutes to Cathedral, 15 minutes to Santa Justa station). Owner provided me with all information I needed ahead of my visit. The wifi provided was fast (although its reach to the bedroom is patchy). Apartment had a fridge and iron and ironing board which was handy.

To be improved

There were roadworks near the apartment during most of my stay so I had to go on foot from the taxi on the last two blocks to the apartment. The roadworks also made it inconvenient to walk around it. However the owner had nothing to do with this. The liquid soap provided were insufficient for someone staying there for 9 days. I had to buy more - it was cheap but the owner should have provided enough given the length of my stay. Airconditioning was not strong enough to reach the bedroom, which remained relatively hot.
