Both the bed bases and the mattresses themselves are very cheap and, as a result, not comfortable for a good sleep. The leather furniture, namely the sofas and armchairs in the living room, are all shabby and debris is falling off them. The upholstery of the furniture needs to be changed; this is impossible. The towels were not white, but almost all shades of gray, and also stained. And the most outrageous thing is that it was impossible to stay in the apartment; there was an unreal stench from the smoking of previous guests or owners or I don’t know who. Our throats just got sore. The person who did the cleaning before our arrival simply could not help but feel this, nevertheless, they allowed 4 children and 4 adults into this room, among whom was one with allergies. No photos can convey the smell, which was in all the rooms and no amount of ventilation helped. You have no right to treat your guests this way, it is a direct harm to your health. You have a great apartment, and I don’t understand why you treat it and your guests this way. It’s a shame that we didn’t confront the owner personally and I wasn’t able to demand compensation for all this. I hope that the person who prepared the room for us will answer my message and explain why this happened.

Bed is horrible , not really clean and tidy

Host did not answer our call to let us in the building, we had to wait for a different resident in the building to let us in. Aesthetically, the apartment was nice, but functionality was poor. Showers leaked. Some of the mattresses were so old and lumpy, and unfortunately we were staying with a large party so all the beds were used. Washer was not used because of mildew. Street parking was tough.
