“Spacious Apartment but needs TLC.”
The best

Pros: location, outdoor space, comfortable bed. Cons: furnishings tired, poor shower over bath in ensuite ( virtual unusable), some general maintenance required e.g. blind in sun room ripped, hem on curtains dropped ( had to tighten handles to two doors, refix towel rail in shower room , fix chain mechanism on blind in sun room, fix blind in kitchen and replace some light bulbs ). Lots of owners clutter giving poor first impression.
