“Roselore was very nice to us for the check in, on time and ready to answer anything on the phone. The room and the shared bathroom were clean and lovely. In our room there was no ac, but the fan on the ceiling provided perfect temperature. We visited end of july yet the temperature inside especially was lovely. · Cons: Not really a complaint, just very strong ac in the hallway”

Roselore was very nice to us for the check in, on time and ready to answer anything on the phone. The room and the shared bathroom were clean and lovely. “I’m really happy with my choice to stay at this place”

The location is excellent, the building is quiet, the place is super clean and well-equipped (it has everything you could possibly need), the room is spacious enough, the bed is comfortable, and Roselore welcomed us punctually and explained everything to us in detail

“Cheaper central option”

The best

Great location and value for money. If you're looking for a cheap room in the centre of Madrid this is a great option.

To be improved

A few small issues with facilities - very small showers and toilets, bed sheets initially didn't fit our bed (although this was fixed promptly when we mentioned it), lack of cups and coffee (we did tell them about this, but it didn't get fixed).
