“Nice new well situated apartment. Suitable ideally for 2 - max.4 people. Ideally a family.”
The best

Well-located apartment. Fully equipped in a new building. Parking is available under the building. In the vicinity of shops and restaurants. Port and beach 10 minutes walk.

To be improved

The apartment is on the ground floor and partly facing a busy street. But it's not a complication.
