“Nice hotel location right on a beautiful marina.”

Location was ok right near the marina. Local bus was always on time outside the hotel takes 20 minutes to town. Hotel was spotless. An army of cleaners always busy around the hotel. Young gentleman on the front reception most mornings was very pleasant and helpful. Room on side of the hotel was very spacious.

To be improved

Pool when busy was difficult to get sun beds. Breakfast adequate but same every day. Long walk into town if you didn’t take the bus.

“Old and dingy”

The best

Very old and in desperate need of updating. The paintings and art are very errotic, even inside the rooms. If you are a conservative family, this is not the hotel for you. Location and views from the room were great!

“Lovely appearance, excellent rooms but lacking in a holiday atmosphere.”

The Hotel had a very grand entrance with a beautiful staircase which had fine art on the surrounding walls. Our room had a lovely sea view with balcony and was spacious and squeaky clean. The hotel was positioned between a small but lovely beach and the port which offered restaurants and bars. The breakfast was buffet style and was very well presented with a choice which would please everyone. It was a scenic 15 minute walk into the old town which offered a varied nightlife and some fine restaurants and shops.

To be improved

The pool area was very small with limited sun beds. The adult pool was also small which was good enough for cooling off. It was a shame the large gardens to the front of the hotel did not have sun loungers which could have added to the space. However, the small adjacent beach had a great facilities with beach bar and music at the weekends. The Hotels pool bar and eating area lacked atmosphere with no background music and this resulted in a lack of customers for the staff whom appeared to be absolutely bored.
