Estepona 2BR Townhouse in centre

Couldn’t use ground floor outdoor space If people are arriving late at night which we did it would have been nice to have bottle water in the fridge together with some milk also tea bags so a hot drink could be made

A bit dark in the sitting area ,kitchen and the downstairs garden . We Went in the winter so Could do with some blankets if visiting this time of year especially if you want to sit out on the roof terrace or downstairs. Could do with a bit of T.LC to improve downstairs bathroom ( a bit of a smell /odour ) .

Rear yard could have been tidy and cleaner, we did not use it but it looked great and night with the lights in the large tree.

The house was darker than the photos indicated and was a little stark in terms of interior decoration. There were quite a number of visible fixings on walls where artwork or pictures seemed to have been removed, which gave the house an unfinished feel. The IKEA type furniture was new, but the paintwork was a bit tired and crumbly in places. Part of the wardrobe, drawers, and downstairs shower were used as storage for household items and not, therefore, available for guest use. The back terrace had not been cleaned, and there were piles of leaves and plant pots rather lumped together on one side as if being stored rather than displayed. The outside tables and chairs were very dusty and uninviting. It basically felt like someone's long-term holiday home that had been hastily made available to rent. It was a bit disappointing and bleak, given the cost. The location was its saving grace. I had to make all the contacts to get instructions for keys, and unfortunately, there was no follow-up when I asked about the wifi code , which I did find eventually. There are no instructions about what to do with rubbish or recycling. This place has huge potential, but more effort is needed, please.
