The best

The location is fantastic, pool was nice but rather deep for children.

To be improved

Where do I begin, firstly the lady who met us at the property didn't speak very good English, so had trouble understanding even though it states English is spoken at the property. The air con does not work in the second bedroom and kept switching off over night everywhere else so we didn't sleep well at all for the duration of our stay. We were promised an additional air con unit and engineer, but got neither!!! Waking up in a 30 degree bedrooms is not acceptable for the price we paid! The first bedroom door closes and you get locked in, was promised and engineer to fix on the Sunday, but a no show. The back door didn't lock, so we had to fix that ourselves!! The pictures are stuck on with tape so kept falling off the wall. There was no bbq at the property as stated. It wasn't very clean, we found clumps of hair in the bedrooms and piles of dirt outside. The second bathroom light kept flickering. All everyone seemed to care about was where we parked our rental car (kia sportage) as it didn't fit in the 'allocated space' but there were no additional signs to say we weren't able to park in another space!
