The hotel has the whoa factor as soon as you step into reception, and it doesn't stop there. Reception staff are extremely helpful, and friendly rooms are spotless, and if you have a suite, the size is unbelievable. Double showers and bath large bedroom and seating area sunbeds and table and chairs on balcony. We only stayed B&B, so we can't comment on the evening buffet, but if breakfast was anything to go by, you would not be disappointed. The pool area and pool bar looked nice but we didn't have the best weather to test all facilities. Close to beach, shops and restaurants would highly recommend for a lovely peaceful relaxing break

Location ....perfect 2 mins walk from beautiful beach and equally short walk to the town full of bars shops and restaurants. Room .. perfect great size large balcony with loungers , big well designed bathroom with double shower and bath Hair dryer , robes , slippers, safe lots of storage. Sofa , tables in room and on balcony Cleanliness...spotless Hotel team ...all were great and welcoming Food and drink .. decent buffet but the best whisky sour I've had 🥃 Lovely drinks little jars of sweeties in lobby 🍬

Let’s start with the negatives.. checking in! It was a bit of a disaster. Took 4-5 members of staff to check us into two rooms and the process took about 30 minutes in total, which when you have two restless toddlers after 6 hours of travelling is not ideal. That ends the negatives. The hotel was immaculate and very beautiful. Our view from the room was simply breathtaking. Room was cleaned every single morning by very friendly and attentive cleaning staff, who were very pleasant and always made fuss of our kids. The bar staff by the pool were equally friendly and charming. Reception staff were excellent also, helping us to order a cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday which was just €22 and I thought it was very reasonable. They left some balloons, a little souvenir hat, a birthday badge and a little note in the room for my daughter’s birthday as well unprompted, which was a lovely touch. As for the facilities. It was fantastic. The pool is a marvel. Wonderful waterpark-like features for the kids, like a bouncing water slide and small tunnel slide. My kids adored the pool and the addition of astroturf around the pool to prevent trips and slips were a lovely touch. Food around the pool was also quite decent. Although was a little on the pricey side for what it was in opinion. A little bland. Towels are provided and can be regularly changed as often as you like. You get tickets to exchange for towels, dump the towels in the laundry basket near the pool and reclaim you tickets. If you end up with a dirty towel, you can change this no problem. Estrella on draught, a huge range of cocktails, spirits and juices. The beer was always freezing cold and poured to perfection. Absolutely stunning. No issues with drinks. Breakfast was a masterclass. Loads of choices, fresh omelette and fried egg station. Loads of fresh fruit, juices, pancakes and even free flowing champagne. In my opinion you HAVE to include breakfast in your holiday at a minimum!! Weather was beautiful in the first 3 days with temps as high as 32 degrees. Quite windy for the following two days but still very warm. I’d probably just recommend that the hotel considers heating the pool a little when the temperature dips as it did make the pool a little unbearable in the wind. This is the first hotel where I have little to no complaints. Staff, facilities and rooms have been outstanding. We’re already planning to return next September after we get married! Just came back from calpe ,staying at the estimaar suitopia suites , first class 2nd time we have stayed there and will definitely be back . Brilliant hotel very clean nothing was a problem for anyone always willing to help. From front of house Carlos was outstanding such a friendly and welcoming person who would do anything to help you. Then there was Wong and the 2 girls who worked on the poolside bar who again nothing was a problem Bedrooms are great very spacious abd cleaned every day . We just had breakfast which had everything you would want brilliant selection frim juices to fruit . Then your fried breakfast and continental. Will again be back Thanks ....
