The staff were exceptional and the level of service was fantastic. We had chocolates on our pillows every evening and we had a complementary bottle of cava dropped off at our room after we checked in. Everything was so so wonderful. I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Everything especially the breakfast and the excellent customer service especially the daily gifts!

I ordered a taxi through Booking.com. Not only did I not get the taxi but I cannot get my £60 back. I have made 2 horrific phone calls and 2 emails. I have never been treated so badly by any organisation. They should not get away with this treating your customers like this. They aren’t helping the reputation of an honourable organisation like yours. Please speak to them about this. You are my last resort!

“Luxury style hidden gem close to everything.”
The best

Beautiful decor, excellent food and drink, nice touches like welcome cookies, chocolates and drinks. We also took the shuttle to their sister hotel at the beach.

To be improved

Fitness centre was small and hot. The room was also a bit hot.
