“We had a very nice stay at this hotel!”

The best

We were there for a week and had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful, especially the waiter at the main swimming pool, Alexandro who did not only a tremendous job, but was extremely nice and attentive. This is a calm hotel with all the facilities you need, either for a family with small children or adults who want to chill down. For people in the twenties, it might not be perfect. The food at the buffet was very good and especially the varied deserts were delicious.

To be improved

The drinks at the buffet were not so good, also there was often a big cue because some people don’t know how to use an automatic coffee machine. Often you couldn’t find any glasses or there was no wine left. I think they need a chief waiter there to coordinate everything. Getting a towel at the other end of the property for a deposit was also a hassle, we decided just to buy our own towels at the local shop instead, but that is a pity.
