“Beautiful place”

The best

Fantastic place, friendly staff, great entertainment for children, and the staff tried their best to speak English with our children. Clean rooms, fantastic food, daily themed dinners, and a beautiful pool. A 3-minute walk to the beach, and shops nearby. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room the day before our departure. Everything was top-notch! Thank you.

Unruly, noisy, disruptive, crying & whinning children, who loved to jump in the pool regardless or run around the resturant. Two days of coach loads of outsiders (elderly cackling woman followed on the following day by a coach load of school kids making life unbearable with their noise and taking over the pool and large areas around the pool The evening main meals were mostly undescribable undistringuishable & cold. The desserts were processed flans with little taste along with packet so called cheesecakes or panna cotta. Every dessert was so sweet. The fruit was often from a tin i.e. fruit salad, peaches or pears. The ice cream was often defrosted and slopping around. The breakfast cereals were either chocolate flakes or cornflakes. Plenty of different fruit melons slices along with apples, orange slices and green kiwis and bananas. Good variety of bread and rolls however mostly to hard to eat and they reappeared of sn evening! Hot drinks out of a vending machine. Beach was noisy as there was a bar playing music. You had to pay extra for sunbeds which were provided by the hotel! unlike Tui hotels. Evening entertainment was fair to good often singers. We were so appalled with the hotel we left after 7 days out of the 11 we had booked. Would I return a definite NO Would I recommend this Hotel a definite NO

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room and very quiet. · Cons: We would have liked to eat in the bar in the evening but it wasn't possible. We atein the dining room at a cost of €24 per head. Good value if you are hungry but it would be nice to have another option.”

“Beautiful modern hotel, a stone throw to the beach. We choose half board, on breakfast a lot of choices but dinner was a little bit poor, not much to choose from, meals aren't hot,just warm.”

We booked a pool view junior suite and was located over the bar which was awful. We upgraded to a top floor room which was brilliant.
