“Be warned of loud music/stage shows”
The best

Access to the beach, and seaside restaurants was convenient. Variety of pools, and the playground for children was also great.

To be improved

Loud stage performances that could be heard from all rooms till 11pm at night. Considering this was a family friendly hotel, we didn't appreciate being kept up till 11pm every night. Beds were very hard

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but I really don't like the guests helping themselves at the buffet with fare more food than they eat. Leaving the table, floor filled with food going to vaste.

“Very disappointing”
The best

The room was great, easy to park and the location is good as we have been to this hotel many times before

To be improved

The bar staff were not good. Miserable is the word as though they hated their jobs. Difficult to get served at the bar, staff just ignored me. Coffee they served was cold and had to be changed twice. The restaurant food used to be extremely good but things have changed. There is a good variety but whatever you have is cold. Our first morning none of the coffee machines worked properly. We were glad we were staying only two nights, when in the past we so loved this place
