The buffet breakfast was large and options were plenty but the quality of the food was poor, mass food is difficult but this was below standard in my opinion

The best

The location is super great, beautiful view from balcony to the water, nice ocean breeze, sunset and sunrise. I recommend to book room with sea view. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around, supermarket in 7 minutes walking, parking. Breakfast was served very well and rich.

To be improved

Hotel is not super new, its 7 out of 10. Also, it was very weird that people were running early morning to put their towels to sunbeds “kinda reserved “, and never came back. This makes no sense, I think hotel staff shall look into this matter.

Amazing location, the food was outstanding, I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed food this much at an all inclusive before!

The pools were not heated and bathrooms not cleaned often enough. The bar didn’t open until 11 am

Best view ever! Breakfast was plentiful, very tasty and really varied! Rooms were very clean, hot water in seconds, even at the 6th floor. The staff was more than helpful and kind. They have a pool with clean, warm water.. not too crowded usually. The pool side is a non-smoking area, but you can walk 10m to a smoking place. There's also events with great live music and a great vibe.

You can't smoke by the pool side. Which is not too bad, if you think about it.. :)
