Estoril Benidorm

None of it I was scammed by your company.. The Estoril Benidorm pictures on your site that I booked were far more superior showing modern luxury apartments fully staffed with bars restaurants etc. The Estoril Benidorm I arrived at was not even 2 star no staff no facilities. When I tried to change to the apartment I had booked I was told that I would have to pay a £289 cancellation fee to receive a £400 refund in two weeks time and that I would have to pay a further £700 to move. I asked the reservation person to send me an email with all the details and they refused. I tried to contact the rep who booked me in on several occasions but his phone went to voice mail. Also I paid an extra £60 plus vat for a cleaner but I had to clean myself. All in all I have had the holiday from hell and I demand a full refund. Kind regards Michael Chapman

Beds very comfy, comfy pillows, aircon fantastic it covers living room but helps with bedroom overnight (comfy temperature even in 30 degrees +), sliding doors to enclosed balcony keeps heat out (I didn't sleep in the balcony bed it would of been to hot) but it was a comfy style, pegs and window dryer for drying washing (you get used to leaning out to attach clothing and pegs it's high up), plenty of seating and tables it's a great appartment for a couple and can accommodate at least 4, kitchen is well equipped it has a new oven but I didn't use it, all utensils you need for cooking if required, shower is good. Definitely not a slick open plan modern appartment but it's feels like someone's home and is outstanding value. Pool is a lovely area. The appartment block is mainly residential and not full of people, residents finish work and use pool with families later in it day.
