“Cozy, central and clean”
The best

Very central but not crowded, nice parking and amazing interior. Cozy, clean and big space. Comfortable and within 1 minute you’re in front of Avila city walls. Beautiful view on the cathedral, shopping and grocery’s around, just a perfect spot.

“A relaxing place to stay without having to visit all the monuments.”

We were so close to the old town as well as the wonderful parks in the suburbs. The owner was very helpful in showing how to use things as well as how to find a doctor at short notice. The apartment was extermely comfortable and well-equipped.

To be improved

The TV was very temperamental.

The best

Everything from our interactions with Patricia to the accommodation. This is a fabulous apartment, lacking nothing, everything works, there is ample cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils (although we didn't use them). Patricia met us at tge apartment, showed us where to park & took us through the apartment. I cannot recommend Estrada 15 highly enough.

To be improved

The parking was really tight, but we managed it. I'd say park the car & walk everywhere.
