The comfortable surroundings in general the flow around the apartment works well with everything on hand without being cramped. There was always a spacious feeling about the property

Very central to all that was around and everywhere was accessed with ease making moving around Santa Cruz a pleasant experience.

The location was very good, in the city centre.

To be improved

Bathroom exposed to living area with partial walls, no privacy. There were no external views from the windows. They were small and overlooking the internal pipes and walls of the building. Odours from the pipes went straight in the flat when windows were open. Noisy residents in the building block and construction works were ongoing in the flat below whilst we were there for two weeks.
