“Confortabile stay”

We stayed in this ground-floor apartment for a couple of days and overall had a pleasant experience. There are definitely some pros and cons to consider. Pros: The apartment is independent and located on the ground floor, which makes it very accessible. It includes a washing machine, which is always a useful convenience during longer stays. It's situated close to shops and a supermarket, making it easy to grab anything you need without much effort. Free street parking is available — while it’s not always easy to find a spot, it's a nice bonus not having to pay.

To be improved

Cons: The drying rack provided is too small, especially if you're staying with more than one person. The bedding for the sofa bed and the towels are all dark-colored. Personally, I find white linens more hygienic since they can be bleached if needed and it's easier to see that they’re clean. The laundry detergent used had an unpleasant smell, and I would recommend changing both the detergent and the linen sets (both for the bed and bathroom). Some maintenance details could be improved: part of the wall was peeling, the poufs in front of the bed were dirty, and the sofa could do with a good clean as well. The apartment is located in a more suburban area of Málaga, and the surroundings are not particularly well-maintained. That said, if you're someone who can adapt and don’t have high expectations, this place could still be a good choice. Despite the minor issues, we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. I would recommend it for travelers who prioritize practicality over luxury.

“Great stay”

We booked this apartment as a last stop on our Andalusia trip because it was closer to airport and train station is 10 minutes walking distance so that was great. The studio is very modern with everything you could need for your stay. Even tho it is on ground level, it was very quiet. It had huge TV which is very rare to see. Easy check-in! Museum of fashion and cars is nearby, a beach is a bit further but if you don’t mind walking it’s doable, although not sure how comfortable it would be during summer temperatures.
