Comfortable apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, about 20 minutes' walk from the main attractions. We had excellent communication with the owner. I recommend the apartment.

“Excellent spotless apartment, shame about the noise during the day”

Great layout, comfortable bed, great nightshades that block all light at night. Water pressure, appliances, elevator. The apartment looks exactly as in the photos.

To be improved

The apartment faces onto a small courtyard where every single sound is amplified a lot, the acoustics are incredible, and during the day it is noisy. If you arrive during the day after a long trip and want to rest, you won’t be able to due to the noise the neighbors make. It is quiet at night though, so if you only plan to be there at night, you’re fine. There’s hardly any traffic noise though.

The shower head was broken a week before I arrived. I should have been informed ahead of time instead of the surprise when arriving.

“Recommended stay in Seville.”

The best

The house is very comfortable, well decorated and with all needed amenities for the guest(impressed with book collection, first aid kit, umbrellas+hand fans). Very cute yard in the building and overall quiet neighborhood, with close proximity of tapas bar, breakfast places etc. Bus stops are 5min walk.

To be improved

I think that air condition needs to be installed. Host provided table fan but when you visit the city in September, room gets very hot and personally we could not sleep well.

“Well priced option + responsive host + comfortable stay”

The best

The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. While I didn't use the kitchen to cook any meals there was coffee and tea which I made use of. I enjoyed the restaurant recommendations provided the host. Bonus: a neighbour practices piano at night beautifully.

To be improved

Walls are a little bit thin. Upstairs neighbour stomps with their heel when they walk which then shakes the apartment a little bit. Wear unplugs if you like to sleep in. I wasn't able to do laundry as originally intended because there wasn't detergent available.
