“Best place to explore the treasures of Malaga”

The best

It is the second time I’ve stayed at this place and I will keep on coming back. The appartment is very well located, close to the city centre, but in a more calm area. Everything was very clean and the appartment has everything you need. Also Nicolas is always available to help with anything or to share the hidden gems of Malaga. Can’t wait to come back.

“Nice stay, unpleasant aftermath.”

The property is clean and was in a good location for going to town. The stay was pleasant and the shower had good pressure.

To be improved

There was some mould on the ceiling and the douvet had no cover but these are minor and not an issue. Overall we were happy with our stay. The issue we had was after vacating the property. Shortly following our departure we received a couple of messages from the owner requesting a 5 star review. These went unanswered as it was over Christmas and we were travelling. Following this we were send a request to pay €150 for a broken sink and blood on the bedsheet. We reached out to the owner to try to resolve this. We offered to pay for the bedsheet to be washed as there was some blood on the sheet. However, we did not break the sink so we’re not willing to pay for this. The owner did not respond to our attempt to resolve the issues with the sheet, but a week later sent another request for a positive review.

“Pleasant”

Near the apartment is supermarket. Downtown is 20 minutes by walk (there is direct bus to the center or bus/train station).

To be improved

Shower cabin is semi opened, there is no tower or mat that can be placed on the bathroom floor and after every shower, whole bathroom become wet. Even more, attached note is placed that placing tower on the floor is forbidden. Bed has only one pillow. When i tried to reach the host and to ask for mat/tower and another pillow, I didn't get any response.

“Great value studio near the heart of the city”

The best

It is a very comfortable walk to the city centre. There is a supermarket down the street and a market hall where the locals buy and sell food. Comfortable furniture and good AC. Owner responded fast and effectively to complaints.

To be improved

The bedside shelves were wobbly and insecure. The wardrobe door was removed and its drawers wouldn't open without a bit of wrestling.

“Disappointing”

Supermarket close by.Bus stops close by.First floor apartment.Nicolas very helpful.

To be improved

There should be a number 31 on the building.Keyes are worn out.Need new ones.Very noisy.Can hear all the neighbors.A cardboard apartment.No shower curtain and carpet.Coffee maker rusted.Just a few hangers.Cupboard door broken. No pasta strainer.Not so close to the center.
