Location is so close to the old town walls - literally a 2 minute walk. Also, the local shops (greengrocers, fish mongers, butchers all within the small square outside the apartment.

“Excellent location but no table and chairs inside the apartment”

Excellent location, allocated underground parking space with lift to apartment floor. friendly , helpful host.

To be improved

No table & chairs inside the apartment for working/dining . We had to move the bistrot table and chairs from the inside terrace into the studio. Was disturbed by a lot of noise from people renting the adjacent apartment even though it is clearly stated that there was to be no noise between certain hours during the night.

“Brand new studio in a perfect location”

The best

Great location! Spotlessly clean and well laid out for a compact space. Good quality fixtures,, etc.. We had everything we needed for a short stay.

To be improved

This studio is part of the owner's apartment - so while you have your own entrance you do share a wall and patio with them. It works well and they are very respectful of your privacy but just something to be aware of.

“Superb”

The best

Spacious, clean, well-equipped room, located very close to the historic center (2 min walk from the Alcazar and 5 min from the Mezquita), in an extremely quiet area, which is a blessing in a city that never seems to sleep :) What I really appreciated was the electric heater in the room (in addition to the AC) which made our stay pleasant (because it was quite cold outside at night and the room cooled down quickly without the heat source). Patricia (the host) was kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at ap before check-in time. She also provided us with a tourist guide with lots of useful information: restaurants, activities, local craft shops. Thanks for that :)

To be improved

The refrigerator in the room that could not be turned off and makes a little noise at night. There is no heat source in the bathroom and it was a bit cold. I had to move the heater from the room to the bathroom in the morning and in the evening.
