Estudio completo piscina y playa en Candelaria Tenerife

This accommodation is totally a scam! It is an apartment with horrible condition, unlivable for a whole week! The washing mashine for the clothes is full of mold and smells horrible (even if it works is really unhealthy and unhygienic), the shower doesnt work properly and it cannot be used (to make things worse i have sent a video and the owner told me that there is enough pressure and it works perfectly), there are no toiletries as it was promised on the booking, same thing with the microwave (which doesnt exist), there is mold on the fridge doors and limestone/filth on the shower doors and i wont even say anything about the un functional and uninstalled AC or heating (with filters full of dust and dirt), there was hair everywhere and the bed linens were stained when we arrived. The fridge makes a horrible sound so we had to power it off so we can sleep. We had to take showers in a different location or on the beach because of the mess and the non working shower It looks very good in the photos on booking but in reality it is not even close. When i told the owner of the property about the problems he only send someone to make a quick cleanup but regarding the shower she told me that it worked, she ignored the problems with the mold and told me to install the AC myself… I wanted a full refund but booking only gave me a 25€ coupon which is a huge joke and a disgrace. Don’t count on booking to help you with anything! They will tell you that you are not eligible for a refund. I wanted to leave and stay in a different accommodation but there were none available in that period. This accommodation really destroyed my vacation and from now on i will only book an apartment if it is run by a specialized company.
