Property is advertised as having free parking, however this is a tower block of 13 floors with 40 apartments with only about 20 parking spaces. The surrounding area seems a bit rough and multiple times we had to park the car a 5 minute walk away. It was fine because I was with my husband but if I was by myself or a friend I wouldn’t have felt comfortable at all. The view from the window pictures is great, but what it doesn’t show you is the noisy dual carriageway out of the other window. There is a washing machine in the apartment but no airer to hand your clean clothes?! I tried contacting the owner and she took over a day to reply. It’s very far from the centre of torremolinos and I’m glad we had a car. The train station however is only a short journey on foot and you could get the train straight to the centre of torremolinos. The pool doesn’t open until 11:30 and at 19:30 the security comes around and tells you to get out. Bring your own towels as we were given one each (no hand towel) Would have been a nice touch if there was some tea/coffee there but there was only salt in the cupboard. I don’t know how many times we were told that if the pool cards weren’t returned we’d be charged €100. Concierge was friendly enough Expected to empty the bins but no clear instructions as to how to find the bins. Lifeguards were very strict. Not allowed in the pool with glasses/sunglasses. They were stopping people in the pool and telling them to tie it up

Very hard and uncomfortable beds. Lack of. Equipment in kitchen no drying cloth. Broken lampshades. Spare bedding which was dirty and no duvet covers. Workmen abseiling down the building scraping paint off the building at 8am creating a mess on the balcony. Complicated process for gaining access and 150 euro deposit which took over a week to be refunded
