“Easy access, no charm whatsoever. Area under construction.”
The best

Easy to park the car in the street in front of the buildiing. Good heating system. Spacious. Good wifi.

To be improved

The area around is just a big messy construction site. No nice view from the balcony at first floor facing the street. Felt like a house for students.
