The apartment is nice but the staff are horrible. Thair front desk person is so rude if you ask any question he behaves badly even can't understand a single English word. I was there without internet. They don't communicate phone calls o ly texts and reply like contact our team. Where is the team? Horrible Horrible Horrible!

Location is fine, close to the train station and not far at all from the city attractions. However, the neighborhood is crowded by homeless and promotes a feeling of unsafe in walking early morning and nights

1-No wi-fi! In modern world, the renting an apartment with Wi-Fi is essential! 2-check in is at 3 pm. The host didn't even offer any other options ( for example- leave a baggage and str) 3-No teapot for a boiling water ( I am not drinking a coffie), NO wine glasses 4-Communication is only through website. No phone is available for direct communication. No information about area 5- not easy to find a building ( on a picture provided- different building
