Details for check-in could have been communicated better upon arrival to avoid uncertainty and confusion with the hotel reception located in the same building, as there is no reception for private apartments. Said this, phone calls were effective, and helpful.

No drawer space to unpack. The large desk could be replaced by a chest of drawers.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel was opposite the delivery depot of the shopping mall with delivery trucks pulling in all through the night and the noise associated with that was unbearable. We did not get one good night's sleep for the duration of our stay. I have a video of the delivery depot and the noise of same during the night. There was no hygiene mattress cover on the bed and there was what appeared to be menstrual blood stains on the mattress together with other bodily matter stains on the mattress. I have photos of the mattress stains. There was no hygiene pillow cases on the pillows. We purchased our own hygiene covers for the bed, not that we got a good night's sleep with the noise of the delivery depot across the street. The view from the balcony was the top of the car park over the delivery depot. If you hung out over the balcony (not safe) you could see the castle, but it was not as advertised.
