Location was the best. Very local Bakery & Supermarket. A few hundred yards to the beach. Close to lively area if you want it but the noise from the strip wasn't audible within the flat unless you get right up to the windows. Air conditioning was efficient and the accommodation felt clean. The owner was very understanding when we had a late arrival and waived the deposit and the fee for late arrival (Thankyou).All the plug in appliances (Microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine) appeared new. Hob was adequate.

Location on top of most that's happening in Benidorm... Air-conditioning that works... heated the whole flat in about 10 mins as was first week in January (cold at night) If coming in summer there a communal pool so don't have to go to the beach... but if that's what you want the front door of the apartment block which opens out onto the Mediterraneo so just 150 to the famous Levante Beach... You can use the fob and go out the carpark gate straight into the thick of it... The Black Chicken 🐔 1 minute walk... Landlord accepted English as the damaged deposit which meant I didn't lose out on the exchange rates if I was having to convert the money back... Would book again if I was going with mates as apartment sleeps 4... 1 double sofa bed and 2 pull down wardrobe single beds...
