OWNER FAILED TO SEND INSTRUCTIONS, DIDN'T ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS, THEN WANTED TO FINE ME AND THREATENED ME WITH "NO SHOW" • I requested approximate time of arrival between 18:00 and 19:00, owner confirmed • I called at 17:03 and said we will arrive around 18:30, owner confirmed that she will send instructions via WhatsApp and that somebody will await us • Owner didn't send and instructions, so we navigated to address from booking but couldn't fine any parking place • I called owner 4 times (see attached screenshot), no answer • We parked car elsewhere, went to restaurant and started to look for new accomodation • At 19:33 owner called via WhatsApp, complaining we haven't arrived, insisting we immediately go to place or she will charge additional fee • So you failed to send me instructions, didn't answer my phone calls and then want me to charge additional fee? No way. • I refused to interrupt dinner, because my 8 years daugter was very hungry after whole day of travelling, I asked for cancellation without a fee • Owner refused to cancel and instead threatened us with "No Show" and not returning any money • Owner said that place is actually called "Edificio Martina" - not mentioned in our booking at all • Finally we received instructions via WhatsApp, however place name wasn't mentioned there (but we already knew it from our previous conversation) • We hurried up dinner and went to place, parked at forbidden location and went to mentioned place, a women sent by owner approached us • Finally we got our keys I am using booking for last 10 years (Genius Level 3) but never met such unwilling owner. Note usually I am not complanining, my reviews are mostly 10/10 (see attached screenshot). But this was way too bad.
