“Perfection!”

The best

We honestly were pleasantly surprised by the studio. Very elegant, perfectly laid out, large freezer and fridge, extremely comfortable bed, very nice terrace with view to Carihuela and the beaches with no disturbed views. The decor might not be to our taste, but that personal and not a complaint. Plenty of storage space and a huge mirror in the hallway which was very practical. And Olga, the rental agent, is simply the best. Any issues or questions is always sorted out rapidly.

To be improved

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing missing among the kitchen utensils was a strainer/colander for when we cooked pasta

“Always fabulous!”

The best

We have stayed at this apartment before and loved it and our return visit was also very good. Beautiful views & the sound of the gentle Mediterranean are exhilarating. Olga has added some helpful little touches such as the shopping trolley which is great because the reasonably priced supermarkets such as Dia & Carrefour Express are nearly a kilometre away by the time you have walked through the building`s passageways. Anyway, it was an excellent holiday for us and we can`t wait to return, bravo Olga.

To be improved

No fault of Olga but the lift to the beach & promenade was out of action twice for 2 days each time. Apparently this is a fact of life when it rains here. Not a big deal for younger folk but an added difficulty for the oldies like my wife & I.

Clean and cosy small apartment with stunning view. Just 2 min. from the beach. Quiet and secure. Close to many restaurants and bars.

Stunning view on the beach sitting on the balcony, elevator takes you to the beach (when it works), easy walk to the center and to the beach

To be improved

Very old building, cables hanging from the wall outside the appartment the locks on the door to the unit are questionably safe. The appartment itself was fully equipped but owner did not leave you coffee pads for coffee machine to start, barely any soap, no shower gel, no detergent for dishwasher, no water, no toilette paper (upon complaints i did get some) one towel seemed not to be clean and another one was smell upon use. A reserve bed lingered around, the closets were filled with random stuff. Requested to sign a lease contract in spanish - no Translation, different lease payment as what i paid for… This seems like a long term rental to be done through the owner more than a short term one
