Estudio en Eixample

I didnt like that i had to collect keys in a different address and then go to the address of the house. If the host had told me about this in advance i would have booked 2 taxi but the one i had reserved refused to add additional stop and left me at the airport as this information was added on the day of arrival. I contacted the host to explain but no arrangements were made so i had to pay a new taxi and double the price. There was no bed, it was a sleeper couch and it was so unconfortable and the duvet was dirty and stained. The pillows were dirty and torn and one of the towels had bloody stains on it. The dish cleaning detargent and shampoo provided could not even last past a day and they only provited 2 toilet paper rolls. The apartment was located in a central point in the city but within the house it was hard to sleep as we could hear all people walking on the corridor or talking in the next door. House was stuffy but couldnt open the windows because of the smoking neighbour. Also the windows need blinders at night as when the motion sensitive lights go on outside they light the whole apartment making sleeping difficult. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay 50 euros in cash. It was a nice little apartment with modern amanities but the bed, bedding, pillow and towel situation was heartbreaking and i hope it wasnt provided to us that way because we were coming from Africa. We had to move to a different house and the other house had extremely clean white beddings, towels and cleaning items.
