We had to call the owner and he propably restart it. There was very bad smell in bathroom. You have timer in shower (enough time to have shower) You need to pay to use washing machine. Kettle look very bad inside.”

The best

Entry to the property was via an app. My Spanish cousins, who drove me there, and I struggled to work out how to open the door and had to contact the apartment owner. He came very quickly and opened up for me. Once I understood how to use the app, it was quite straightforward.

To be improved

The air conditioning came on when the owner wanted it to come on and not when I wanted it to come on. Seems he had a timer set up to only allow it to come on at a certain time of day. The shower, which was quite small (not suitable for a very large person), was also on a timer. I found on one morning when washing my hair that the shower stopped and I had to wait for it to reset. Mean spirited to say the least. The kitchen worktop was patched up in places. Overall, quite shabby. It was obvious that the owner is unwilling to spend any money to make life more comfortable for his guests. Also, for what it's worth, my cousins who have lived all their lives in Reus, said that the street is not in a very salubrious location. I actually didn't feel uncomfortable at any time, but I wouldn't say the apartment is right in the very centre of the town. A short walk will get you there. However, I won't be returning.

“A good place to stay when in Reus”

The best

The app lock system was incredible! Very well thought of, and working extremely well. Just be careful to always have battery, or you will be in trouble and wont be able to access the studio. The studio was central and equipped with the most basic needed objects. The emails were informative and complete.

To be improved

The WC had an odd smell, and there were way too many emails with instructions and things to do / not to do- seemed a bit too much at some point.
