I had no instructions on how to get the keys when j arrived I had to wait an hour after calling the emergency booking.com number, the overhead fan was broken, the shower was blocked, the toilet seat was cracked, the bed creaked every time you moved.

It is not that clean as expected but not that dirty. A lot of people book this, but ita not that deep

Worst check in service ever ! Staff does not have whatsap, they don’t answer emails so I had to call. I asked about checking details and their answer is I need first to pay 50 euro of check in service so that someone will come open the door for me! After discussion…etc they said ok there is an option for free check in. But still had a lot of technical issues to do check in online, register passport, finalise check in without paying the 50 euro.. once clarified with them over messages in the booking platform, they shared info about check in, which miss some info, no clear indication of the floor, appartement…anyway I had again to go back .. ask about WiFi for example..etc

The staff was not replying in time. Lady on arrival tried to charge me 20€ more for taxes, but when I showed the amount from the email she changed her mind. She even tried not to give me correct change when paid the taxes. She didn’t gave me the internet password, so had to use my data to access internet for 1 day. I had to make a phone call in the number provided, but there was no reply on my calls. I did send an email to request that through the booking app. Only on the next day got the reply from the customer service and got the password. Odor in the apartment was bad.

I got an old apartment with very old furniture and Avoid in summer, as it was unbearable without an AC, but it was already mentioned before I get that there is no AC. There was no info on wifi password and couldn't get it on the phone as there is no host at the building.
