Very good location,400 meters from metro station and close to bus

To be improved

The heat in the room was a small heater which in cold temperatures is not enough . The response language was not English which make it difficult to communicate.

Simply the best! The location was perfecto! Clean n cosy! And the owner was so kind to let us keep our bags till 2pm!

Location was good.

To be improved

The hot water did not last more than 5 minutes every time we used it. There was no air conditioning or fan, the room got very humid, contacted the host and they said to open the door but we could not sleep with the door open. The bathroom tiles were broken. The sofa bed was not a mattress it was just a lounge and was very hard.

The best

Good location bars, supermarkets, bakers 2mins from the apartment. Super clean & well equipped. Good shower & bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good communication with the host. Great restaurant next door .

“Ideal location”

The best

Perfect location for walking to main sights of Madrid . 5 min walk to Calle cava Baja which has very cool restaurants/ bars . Spotlessly clean , very good shower . Comfortable sofa bed . Ideal for short stay .

To be improved

Short periods of a lot of noise from restaurant next door late at night , bins etc . Was afraid it was going to continue but ended quickly.
