The best

A very clean comfortable apartment with very efficient aircon in a quiet area but close to shops and easy transport links. Apartment is on the firat floor accessible by stairs but also a lift. Very good value for money - would highly recommend!

The best

The position was close to the Moncloa bus station, which was where I needed to be. The place was comfortable, an excellent place to spend a few weeks in Madrid at a reasonable price. The presence of a washing machine was very much appreciated.

To be improved

The disposal of garbage was not simple, and there should be more bins to allow for recycling. I would have appreciated it if the host had provided a few more rolls of toilet paper and some more detergent for the washing machine. Still, these are details that do not significantly impact my positive experience.
