The room was a good size, kitchen had sufficient equipment, bathroom clean, bed was comfortable. Ground floor meant no stairs with luggage. Only a short walk to the Carrefour grocery store and there were a few small cafes nearby in the park area. Air conditioning worked well. The lovely host let us borrow her metro card (which we could recharge and use whilst we were there).

To be improved

Noise from the upstairs drains (toilet and shower) and floors. Distance to the city was 40 mins by metro or bus - not usually a peoblem except we were stuck in Madrid during the major nation wide power outage and it was a few hours walk back). We were concerned about the safety of the car overnight in the street as there were a few dodgy looking and homeless people hanging around the area.

- The localization - the Aluche station is very close and it takes approximately 20/25 minutes to go to the center - the staff - very friendly and welcoming

To be improved

- it can be a little noise but it is not something that could make your stay unpleasant
