“Been at this location two times and looking for a third stay.”
The best

There is a shared space for all the apts (floors 4-7). One part of that space is intended for coffee breaks or breakfasting, an adjacent space has a working area with two computers and the third part is a terrace. All three parts are kept in perfect order. This arrangement adds a lot of value to the individual apts.

The best

Very nice location, bar next door is super also! If you arrive by car and plan to stay for few days, make sure to take the right offer at the big parking in the parallel street.

To be improved

Unfortunately the building is really loud, whenever someone does something you will hear it. It did not matter that much to us, as we were going out really early, but it might be a very relvant point for others.
