The location is excellent, but the apartment is old and worn out, with no recent investments or maintenance. As soon as I arrived with my wife, I had to complain about the poor cleaning, especially the balcony, where there were cigarette butts, cobwebs, and a lot of water leaked from the air conditioning unit. We received a meaningless, generic response (even though I sent photos) from someone named Iacopo, stating that they have a top professional cleaning team — at that point, it was clear that any further conversation would be pointless. A clear confirmation of this is the fact that during our 10-night stay, towels and bed linens were not changed even once! I truly believe that people who don’t know how to do their job, or don’t care about it, simply shouldn’t be doing it — or perhaps platforms like Booking.com should be able to recognize that. So, aside from the excellent location and an apartment with great potential, there’s nothing else positive to mention. Not to mention, none of the promised or expected basics were provided — not even a little coffee, sugar, or similar — and we arrived on a Sunday after a long trip. The shower gel had been diluted with water... a lot of sloppiness all around. When you weigh this offer against the price we paid, the overall impression is extremely negative. I'm sorry, but no one — absolutely no one — who pays over €1000 deserves to go 10 nights without a single towel or linen change.

A lot of forms to fill in online before our arrival which I found time consuming, as there is no reception and having access to keys on arrival was rather complicated.

This place was advertised as having a sea view and being 20m to the beach - it doesn't - it has a road view and is about 200m to the beach. The complex is beachfront, but this room is at the very back of the complex. The parking is also difficult- there are not enough parks in the complex and the street is also full. It is also advertised as recently renovated- we could see updated kitchen cabinets and a new bathroom vanity had been put in - other than that, it's quite dated. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom - or over the cook top.

Google takes you to the wrong location. NOT to the property location if you use the Booking.com map. Terrible for Booking and frustrating.
