The property was on a 14th floor and the lift sometimes took too long, but we could easily adjust to this. It felt a bit unsafe downstairs given the people and some weird neighbours , but overall we didn't have any problems.

Everything. When you arrive outside of the building it looks like you arrive to a brasilian favela, everything dirty , and broken …. Kids playing in the streets throwing things in the cars, fighting. My family was scared. When you get to the building you have 2 lifts that you have to wait a lot to get to the lift , and then stops every floor. Neighbourhood is scary , never felt that in Spain. In the night , there are people shouting and screaming inside and outside the building. Rubbish bags in the corridors . I have to park my car 10 minutes walking because was no parking around , I drive around for around 45 minutes. Air conditioner it leaked in the night and get all our clothes and electronics wet . Windows have no locks and broken , you can’t totally closed them and lock them. Neighbour can easy jump to this apartment. I complaint to the host via Booking conversation , through WhatsApp and to the cleaner and nobody really care. Cleaner told me , if you would stay in the building few more days you would get us to the noise. Me or my family couldn’t sleep and we have to leave earlier. Owner don’t even reply so say sorry. Booking.com shouldn’t let properties like that be advertised. The smell of drugs in the building is just crazy. Definitely not for families
