I booked this location for my colleague while on a work trip. She notified me after the first night that she had to book another hotel, because she could not sleep there. There was a really bad smell, it was very dirty, the interior was dated with worn out furniture and floors, instead of electrical outlets, there were exposed wires. She described the bathroom as a dirty "shed" and was unwilling to use it. I have used booking.com for years and this is the very first time I'm writing a bad review. I contacted the owner to meet me at the appartment to inspect it together, but I got no response. I then called the number on the listing via whatsapp, but nobody picked up. Immediately after me calling, they sent me a message, saying they could give me a 50% refund. I did not feel 50% was enough. The appartment was not used. I booked it for 3 nights and I notified them after the first night, so I felt it was fair to have the last the 2 nights refunded entirely. However, I got no response from them. The second day, I got an automatic message with information about the checkout process. I answered that my colleague already checked out from the very first day and I was still waiting on a reply from them. They came back with an offer to refund me 50% of the last 2 nights (which was even less than their original offer). They told me to contact booking.com for the refund. I have contacted booking.com support to explain the situation 3 days ago. I still have not gotten any response from booking or the owner. I paid 330 euro for litteraly nothing AND paid 390 euro for 3 nights of hotel for my colleague. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before booking this location. I learned my lesson. I hope this review helps somebody else to avoid a bad experience.

It can get quite cold at night. There are no additional blankets, and the heater isn't helping as much due to the size of the flat. Additional blankets would be an easy fix. The bed is on the smaller side, for tall people it could be uncomfortable. The appartment could benefit from a thorough makeover: closets are not closing completely, dust is on some of the cupboard surfaces, the equipment is close to the "bare minimum" (kitchen knives with dents, ventilation in the bathroom is very dusty, etc). Noise isolation isn't ...good. Considering those points, I'd consider it relatively expensive for the value. All of that could be easily fixed with few investments.

A dead cockroach was found in the kitchen on our second day of stay. Was okay for the rest of the week.
