The apartment was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a good stay. The location was convenient, and everything in the property was as described.

To be improved

I had a significant issue with the security deposit. It was supposed to be refunded on the first business day after check-out, but I ended up waiting nearly three weeks. During this time, I had to contact Booking.com multiple times to try to resolve the issue, which was frustrating and time-consuming. This delay in returning the deposit really impacted my overall experience. I hope the host can improve this process for future guests.

The best

Only a 5 minute walk from the bus station, the access code and location of the keys were very easy to manage. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay even a washing machine and an enclosed seating area, a clothes line was provided where we were able to dry our clothes. The apartment was very clean and suited our needs for our 3 night stay. The number of beaches were only a short walk away down to the centre of Nerja were you also had access to loads of bars, restaurant's and shops, a large supermarket was only a ten minute walk for our groceries. Messaging the owners when I had a query about the accommodation was easy and I received an answer promptly.

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was lovely and clean and the roof terrace was fab. The apartment is in an excellent location and we will definitely stay again.

The best

The studio apartment was immaculate - very clean and extremely well presented, with everything I needed including water in the fridge when I arrived. Communication was great, too. Location was brilliant - easy access to shops and restaurants (highly recommend the one on the corner!), and not too far to the local beaches. I'd definitely stay again!

To be improved

Would've preferred to know there was going to be building work opposite. Luckily, only disturbed me once, as did the rubbish being collected at 3am but appreciate these things have to happen.
