First of all, upon arrival, the key was not where it was suppose to be. We knocked on the door and the cleaning lady opened up the door. Turns out the keys were stuck in the door and she couldn’t get in to clean. They didn’t believe her (wow!) so they didn’t send a locksmith until I started to complain an hour later. I finally got into the clean apartment at 6pm. The management didn’t tell me anything, but left the keys to the cleaning lady to give to me. I found them to be entirely unprofessional. The apartment is in the bajos so it’s musty. The moisture got trapped in there and every time we got back we had to open the windows to air out the moisture and the smell. The beds were terrible. The bed in the loft is old and smells. You sink into the bed because the mattress is so old and no longer has springs. The sofa bed is not comfortable and is not a mattress but cushions. The silverware was dirty and we had to clean it before we used it. The shower was 2ft by 2ft so you barely had enough room to stand there let alone shower. Not to mention water got all over the floor. The windows had no screens so we got eaten alive by mosquitos.

Black mold, broken furniture, unhelpful staff, not prepared for check-in, and attempting to overcharge.
