The staff were incredibly rude and weren’t friendly. The bed was worn out and small with needing new pillows. The shower leaked

Did not gain access until 18.30/18.45,after the key holder left I closed the door to the main staircase a few minutes later the neighbor from the other apartment knocked at the door to ask if I had a key to open this door as his girlfriend was out side and could not get in.Then he told me you can't close the door,so now we are trapped inside OMG.His girlfriend sent for their landlord to open the door didn't take to long.This is bad health and safety and frightening! The shower only worked the first night then only ran freezing cold a bit strange as the bathroom and kitchen sink water was scalding hot.I was never told not to shut the door which is BAD.It is also not great for mobility access to flights of stairs to use the lift I would not have been able to climb the full staircase if the lift went off.It was the Christmas break from hell which is a shame as the little apartment in its self was quite ok.

Apartment is on the busy street so it can be annoying for those who have problems with falling asleep, you have to close the shutters in order to get rid of the street light. Bathroom should be a little bit updated, shower precisely. And I would suggest to get some small chairs for the balcony.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but personal taste mostly. The electrics aren't great,a lot of dusty extension leads, in my opinion a bit of a hazard

The AC was working with some interruptions. That was irritating. The bed was making some noises.

Very noise at nights , The elevator stops on intermediate floors if you have a stroller or wheelchair it is not possible to go to your room directly because there are some stairs after elevator. The water drain in the bathroom is clogged , bed is small and uncomfortable.
