“Cockroaches and rats - stay away.”

We booked this apartment for 8 nights and ended up staying only 1 because the place was completely uninhabitable. There were cockroaches and even rats inside the apartment and all over bed and other furniture – it was disgusting and unsafe. The neighborhood felt like a ghetto, not somewhere you'd want to walk around after dark. We left and changed accommodation on the second night. The owner stopped responding completely and refused to refund us for the unused nights, despite the situation clearly being unacceptable. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with any accommodation. 0/10 – do not recommend to anyone. Stay away.
