ONLY THE POOL!!! Everything else in the property was horrible, not clean, headboards from sliding door falling, loss of TV channels. Not offered to what the pictures advertised!!!, No shower curtains, Bathing like a duck , Cigarette Holes in the Sofa, etc..etc..

Wifi Not working

This is no longer a Deluxe studio. It seemed that the whole building was poorly maintained. The downstairs lobby floors looked dirty (but no trash on the floor), some of the big plants were dead, two of the three elevators were out of use. When entering the flat, the bunk bed was in the hallway opposite the bathroom. The bottom of the bathroom door was so worn out and swollen that it was impossible for me to close the door, specially as the door handle was so loose that I was afraid it would come off. I could not close the slide door between the lobby and the main room either. There were some broken buttons on the air conditioning panel, but the air conditioning and heating worked. In the kitchenette the off-button of the cooker hood was broken, so I needed to use the tip of a kitchen knife to close it off. There was no coffee or tea maker, as promised in the presentation. Also some of the pans and the juice maker had stuborn dirt on them, so I could not use them. The sofa was worn out and some of the seams were torn. Didn't use it, so I do not know if it worked. Slept on the bunk bed. The description said there would be tile/marble floor, but it had been replaced with laminate, unfortunately the installation of the floor was not good quality. There was a spacious wardrobe, but not a single hanger. Also the promissed coat rack was missing.

Washer provided but no drier not good for long stay no way to dry clothes electricity went out due to panel problems in apts maintained by Manolo, 4 hrs later fixed didn’t want to give us toilet paper told to buy, found roaches in bathroom never came to fumigate AC vent started leaking water unto bed, had to sleep on sofa some tenants very noisy until late here again no screens on windows to allow fresh air maintenance is not being kept up by responsible parties owners need to be informed
